Agricultural waste such as sugarcane and paddy are common during harvesting to production process. Sometimes they burned after the harvest process, consequently environmental problem got multiply. Demand for Composite Material inflate recently, because lighter stronger than Polyethylene Plastic. Filler in composite materials is expensive requires precise design. The aim of this research create cheap eco-friendly materials, besides raised value agricultural waste. material using bagasse fibre, chaff powder applied filler polyester resin matrix. In study, we varied fibre direction with composition powder. has three levels 0, 45 90 degrees. Composition between bagasse, ratio 15:15:70, 12.5:12.5:75 10:10:80. ANOVA test shown significant influence ability absorb impact energy 78.14 percent 12.10 percent. highest 0.3 degrees Joule on chaff: sugarcane: 15:15:70 direction.
